Petrochemical Business Department, IRPC Public Company Limited held a seminar on “IRPC Petrochemical Business Forum 2012” for its partners, customers and agents to update the economic and the petrochemical industry trends of Thailand and the world.

Honored guest speakers Khun Atikom Terbsiri, President of IRPC Public Company Limited along with Khun Arkhom Termpittayapaisith Deputy Secretary-General of the National Economic and Social Development Board (NESDB), Khun Chen Namchaisiri Vice Chairman The Federation of Thai Industries and Dr. Pailin Chuchottaworn President and Chief Executive Officer of PTT Public Company Limited, gave a special talk on "Value-added…Opportunities to the world stage".

In addition, other special talk on the situations of petrochemical and polymer industry are affected for the automotive, consumer electronics and packaging industry by 4 famous economic analysts. Moreover, IRPC has been launched a prototype electric vehicle (EV) "Green ABS EV MAXX-1" which used the petrochemical and plastic products to produced main parts of the car to reduce weight and save energy. The seminar was held on Thursday, November 1, 2555 at the Bangkok Convention Centre, Central Plaza Lad Prao.

“IRPC Petrochemical Business Forum” is held annually to share knowledge and views of petrochemical in various experts in order to enhance their competitiveness and add value to the business sustainable.
